A thin casing of milk chocolate complement Hampshire dairy, sugar and sea salt, combined to create a special caramel for these oozing, delectable and luxurious wonders! A taste sensation and very popular with our customers.
White Chocolate Strawberry & Lime
Silky Belgian white chocolate is complemented with organic strawberry puree from Harrow organics, Whitchurch. A hint of lime is added to bring a harmonious balance, and a taste of summer!
Ginger, Honey & Dark Chocolate
Ginger, infused with Hampshire honey and combined with a soft milk chocolate ganache. This is then housed in 55% dark chocolate to create a balanced and memorable flavour combination.
Raspberry & Lime Pastille
Organic Raspberries and apples from Harrow organics, Whitchurch are used to make this vegetarian pastille. Made with 100% fruit purée, it packs a real flavour punch and is a great alternative to 'off the shelf' mass produced confectionery.
Espresso coffee is used to make this Hampshire dairy based fudge. It has bitter notes that complement the creamy and sweet richness of the fudge brilliantly. Wrapped in dark chocolate with an eye catching transfer on top.
Chocolate Orange Macaron
Milk chocolate and orange ganache sandwich this macaron, a chocolate lovers dream! Made using free range egg, high quality ground almonds and Hampshire dairy.
Madagascan vanilla is used to flavour the white chocolate ganache used to sandwich this macaron. Both ingredients complement each other brilliantly, very morish!
Organic raspberries from Harrow organics in Whitchurch are used to create this flavour packed macaron. I also use the same raspberries to create a jelly centre that adds a textural dimension.
A local plum liqueur is used to flavour this macaron as well as Hampshire plums for the compote centre. A little unorthodox compared to the other flavours in the range, but i am sure you will agree, very delicious!
Zesty lemon macaron made using free range egg, high quality almonds and enhanced by a lemon curd filling.
